Rare vase ‘N° 923’  -also known as the ‘Côme’ model- from the Luxval collection of the verreries Val Saint Lambert.

This vase was designed by Charles Graffart and Rene Delvenne and was produced around 1935.

Number ‘923’  cast into the base.

Color is ‘amber’.

The vase is in good condition but has some imperfections on the inside (cracked air bubbles—see the last photos).

Air bubbles, glass fibers, or traces of the mold are typical of the pressed glass manufacturing process of that era. These are not flaws but rather proof that this object dates from the 1920s or 1930s.
